This is my first attempt at building with mesh. The 3D lap siding of this house is 100% mesh. The roof, windows, door and porch are sculpts. The footprint is about 13×16.

Revamped and ready to go, my 2nd Edition of the Steampunk Mobile Home in a mod version! With new textures and a special edition of my woodstove only included with this home. Footprint is about 10×18 and you get everything shown which includes the working gear clock, on/off by touch candle chandelier reading cushion and novel. One exception to photo, I don’t come with the mobile home *winks*.

A cozy home fit for anyone who loves a forest feeling. This 2 room cottage features a living room and a area to put in dining furniture and a kitchen if you wish. The footprint is about 22×22. Items can be purchased on the Marketplace or in my store in-world where you can come rez a demo!

New at {what next}

Illuminate and decorate outdoor spaces such as the garden or street, with these elegant, stylish Promenade Lamp Posts – both black and off-white colours included. Personally, I think the off-white version would look perfect on coastal themed properties.

First version is not only a scripted light, but also has poses for couples and singles, designed in mind for those of us that love to have fun taking screenshots:

It has four static couples poses, six singles poses and comes with cell phone and umbrella props, and also a set of transferable props, so you can share with a friend wanting to pose for you.

If you’d just prefer to use the light as a sim decoration, it’s also available without the poses and copyable. The light is turned on /off by the owner only and includes an auto feature, where the light can be configured to come on and go off, when the sim sun sets or rises. This feature is ideal for street lighting on sims, where a lot of these lights may be placed.

If you’re looking to spruce up a bare doorway or add a little decor to your garden, we have the ideal accessories at {what next} this weekend.

These cute set of doormats and wellies decor (rainboots to all non UK-ers) add a nice welcoming touch to the front door. Each mat also has a sweet couples kissing animation scripted into it, perfect for that goodnight kiss before you log off at night! There are three styles to choose from, between the bright and girly ‘Retro’ doormat and pink wellies, the cottage-stle ‘Owl’ doormat and the stylish ‘Pied a Terre’ doormat, which would perhaps suit a more contemporary home.

These sexy separates can be combined in so many ways; the 4 pieces in 6 color options are made to mix and layer. Go for solid or for color block, even the cuffs change color to coordinate.

But for me, the most exciting thing about this set isn’t the versatility or the colors, as much as I love those traits. It’s the introduction of a partial-mesh option as an alternative to the traditional prim “skirt flap”. Check out this comparison:

The skirt does include the old style attachment, but it also includes the partial rigged mesh version in 4 sizes (demo available). Yes, for photos I can mod that traditional prim into place, but I am so happy wearing this skirt as my AV moves around with her AO. No more awkward boxy prim clumsily covering your crotch as you stand around trying to be cute. or hot. or whatever your style is.
